  • 4 potatoes (250 g)
  • Chives (200 g)
  • 4 radishes (280 g)
  • 3 small onions (60 g)
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (45 g)
  • 1/2 glass of milk (120 mL)
  • Olive oil (according to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup grated Emmental cheese (60 g)
  • 1 large piece of butter or margarine (30 g)

Method of preparing our potato and vegetable mouse

  • Wash the potatoes well and bathe them in olive oil.
  • Put them in the oven at a temperature of 200 ° C and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove the top of the potato and remove the inside until it is empty. This will give you a thin layer of potatoes.
