On the other hand, oats are a very nutritious cereal that helps us to heal our hair and skin from the inside.

You have to mix and mix the following ingredients:

  • 1 liter of hot water
  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • A handful of fresh green nettle leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of Ceylon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of cane sugar

If you wish, you can also filter this smoothie so that it has a texture with less lumps. But always serve it cold.
