Ingredients

  • 1 glass of vegetable drink (cocoa, oats, rice, almonds) (200 ml)
  • 3 cups of ground oats (300 g)
  • 1 cup of rice flour (100 g)
  • 1 cup of brown sugar cane (200 g)
  • ½ cup of coconut or sunflower oil (110 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • The juice of ½ lemon
  • Vanilla or cinnamon essence
  • Baking yeast

Preparation

  • First, turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 ºC.
  • Beat the two eggs in a mixer or manually. It is very important to do this step well so that the dough is very soft.

  • Also add the selected spices or seasonings (vanilla, cinnamon…).
  • In another bowl, mix the oats with the rice flour.
