8 Effective Exercises To Refine Your Face

To refine the face, there are effective exercises to do at home that will make the difference.

1. Warm up your muscles

Warm up your facial muscles. You will thus avoid wasted efforts. You can do this while sitting with your back straight or standing. Then try to pronounce the vowels (“a”, “o”, “i”, “e”) clearly and slowly. Repeat this exercise as many times as necessary until you feel your face heating up.

2. Chin upyour face

Keep your chin up as much as you can. For the exercise to be effective, you will need to sit in a chair and place your head back.

You will need to push your lips forward as far as possible and hold the position for 5-10 seconds. Try to relax your muscles and then repeat the exercise two or three more times.

3. Hold the position

Hold the position for 10 to 15 seconds. For this exercise, what you need to do first is hug yourself. Then you will have to stretch your neck upwards. Try to keep your back straight.

When you think you’re at your limit, take a deep breath and count to 10 or 15 seconds. Finally, return to the original position.

This is a very simple, yet effective exercise to combat sagging skin. To do this, try to keep your head straight.

Lower the ends of the lips and stretch them downward for 5 seconds. Return to the normal position. Repeat the exercise 5 times until you feel your muscles tired.

4. Sitting on a chairyour face

The fourth exercise should be performed while sitting in a chair. Position your back straight, take a pencil and hold it with your lips. Do it all without moving your head.

You will then need to write your name in the air with your pencil, or at least a few letters. Repeat the exercise for at least 3 minutes. Take a break and then repeat the exercise again.

5. Exercise the neck muscles

This is an exercise that is good for the muscles of the neck. Thanks to this practice, you will be able to better define the outline of your face.

To do this, tilt your head to the right, make a movement as if you want to reach your shoulder with your ear.

At the same time, you will need to put pressure on the left temple with your right hand, trying to block the movement of the head. Hold the position for 10 seconds then repeat the exercise on the other side.

6. Lips and cheeksyour face

To perform this exercise you will need to take a deep breath. Then close your lips and puff up your cheeks.

Place your hands on the cheeks, so that your fingers cover your ears. Then start to put pressure on the cheeks while resisting to tense the muscles.

Try to exert maximum effort to hold the position for 5-6 seconds, then release and relax. You will need to repeat this exercise 5 to 6 times.

7. Mouth

The next exercise will be to close your mouth and maintain your teeth with both the lower and upper lip. Try to move the lower jaw forward slightly.

Place your index finger on the chin and try to overcome the resistance exerted by the finger. Use the muscles of your face, press on the chin. You will need to relax and contract the muscles. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

8. Fists on the chinyour face

This exercise is one of the most important. This is the last and most difficult of the 8 exercises designed to strengthen the muscles under the tongue and jaw.

To achieve this you will have to place your two fists under the chin. Then press with your tongue on the area below it, near the teeth.

Apply pressure with your fists upwards and then force, making a kind of resistance with your tongue. Hold tension for 30 seconds. Then try to relax the muscles for 5 seconds and repeat the exercise 10 times.
