Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of cold chamomile tea (45 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (25 g)
  • 2 tablespoon of powdered oats (30 g)

Preparation

  • Prepare a mixture with all the ingredients. Make sure the mixture is very thick to facilitate its application on the face. 
  • Apply the treatment to your face using a brush and leave on for 20 minutes. 

The honey and lemon maskfor a skin

Honey and lemon have astringent and antioxidant properties which help regenerate the skin and reduce the impact caused by free radicals in the environment.

This mask acts on the skin as a natural moisturizer capable of reducing scars, spots and other skin changes, such as acne.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of honey (15 g)
  • 4 or 5 tablespoons of lemon (60/75 ml)

Preparation

  • Mix the two ingredients until they are well diluted and apply them to the skin of the face using a brush or your fingertips.
  • Leave the mask on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. 

These ingredients are very gentle on the skin, so you can make this mask every day before going to bed.

It is not advisable to do this during the day as it could have negative effects if one is exposed to the sun.

The mayonnaise mask

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Preparation

The avocado and milk maskfor a skin

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • Then apply the paste all over the face and leave on for 20 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water.

The pineapple mask

Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain, which helps remove dead cells and tone the skin pores.

  • 5 pineapple rings
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Preparation

  • Put the two ingredients in the food processor then  mix them until they form a thick paste. 
  • In the evening, apply the mixture to your face with a brush and  leave it on for at least 15 minutes before rinsing it off.
